Cinnamon Banana Crepes


  • 1 Cup Egg Whites or 2 Whole Eggs
  • ½ cup Mashed Banana
  • ½ Cup Iso-Splash Whey Protein
  • ½ Cup Dry Oats
  • 2tsp Cinnamon Bun Iso-Splash


  1. Mix/Blend all ingredients
  2. Lightly coat non-stick pan with cooking spray (Pam)
  3. Pour ingredients into pan, Medium-High heat
  4. Flip once mixture begins to bubble
  5. Cook until golden brown
  6. Remove crepes and fill with: Bananas, Natural Peanut Butter, Greek Yogurt, Fresh Fruit
