Protein Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Oatmeal
  • 1 Banana
  • 2 Whole Eggs
  • ½ Cup Egg Whites
  • 4tsp Baking Powder
  • 2 Scoops Iso-Splash Whey Protein
  • 2tbsp Flax Meal
  • 1tsp Cinnamon Bun Iso-Splash

Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients (blender)
  2. Lightly coat non-stick pan with cooking spray (Pam)
  3. Pour mixture into pan – Medium Heat
  4. Cook 2-3min or until edges are dry
  5. Flip and cook for 1min
