Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

We at FM Nutrition LLC dba Iso-Splash (FMN) strive to provide the most detailed information about each of our merchandise products so that you can make the best informed decision on your purchase. We want you to be happy with your purchase, and understand that on occasion returns/exchanges may be necessary. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately so that we may review your specific reason(s) for your return/exchange.

Only returns of UNOPENED products will be considered for refund or exchange, and you MUST contact us BEFORE you return an item so that we may prepare a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for your return. Returned items received without a valid RMA will not be eligible for an exchange or refund, and will not be returned to you. All shipping costs associated with a return will be the responsibility of the sender; FMN is not responsible for return shipping costs.

If your return is received, with appropriate RMA, and you do not wish for replacement of the item, you will be refunded the merchandise cost only (original shipping charges and/or handling fees will not be refunded).

All refunds will be reimbursed to the credit card used for the original purchase.  

If your return is received, with appropriate RMA, and you wish for an exchange, FMN will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item(s) to the address used on the original order. Exchanges will only be for like items, no substitutions.


It is important that you contact us immediately if you are not satisfied with your purchase, since we do not accept returns or exchanges after 30 days.
